Q1.How to send my enquiry?

Q2.How long can I get feedback after enquiry?

Q3.Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
Our factory is located in South Development zone, Tai An City, Shan Dong Province, China. There has flight from Jinan need 1.5 hours, or High speed train directly to our city. Welcome to visit our factory.
Q4.Delivery time
Machines order takes 20 days after deposit payment received. Please inquiry sales.
Q5.What is the package? Is it suitable for shipment?
Machine is by waterproof cloth to covered.And be packed by standard exported wooden case with steel foot.. It is very much strong for oversea transportation.
Q6.Payment term
30% by T/T as down payment, balance 70% by T/T before delivery. If others payment terms, we can discuss.Welcome to inquiry sales.

Q8.How long is the warranty for machines?
Machines warranty is 24 months after receive goods. in Warranty time,we can provide new free parts for changing.Please contact your YZ CNC sales representative for details.
Q9.How' s your after-sale service?
Out after sales support and service is second to none and we urgently respond to your queries, if parts are required they would be sent to you by international courier within 48 hrs upon registering your need.
Q10.Can you engineer come to our place to help with machine installation & commission?
Yes, our engineers are available to travel to your place. Round flight tickets & accommodation will be at your cost.
Q11. If i can't know how to operate. Can your engineer help me programme well on machine ?
Sure. You can provide your detailed sample drawing.engineer can programme well on machine. Or in some machines, we will put into U-disc of operation video to help you.
